You will NOT lose any points if your starting Head Coach Loses.  If you only have one Head Coach, then you will receive no points for the week he is on a bye. If your Head Coach gets fired or dies, you will lose him just like a player when he gets injured. If you have two coaches and decide that it's better to start the coach who has a bye week instead of the Coach who doesn't, then that is the owners prerogative, either way no points are deducted.
